Our team consists only of those who are both incredibly passionate about film and storytelling and who are excellent at what they do.
Regarding the productions we make, we will make one quality production over ten mediocre productions.
We're not only focusing on creating experiences for our audiences through high-quality storytelling, but we set out to ensure each of our projects is a wonderful experience for our cast/crew.
Some of the best parts of our journey will be the amount of fun we have in all aspects of production together.

No matter the department, role, or individual, everyone's voice matters in Moon Era, from the director to the set designer to the lighting technician to the production assistant.
If we can't be honest with each other, we're already doomed.
The only way to successfully collaborate in a creative environment is to be able to provide different ideas/perspectives, constructive criticism, and honest opinions.
At the end of the day, it's not about how much credit any individual obtains. It's about the quality in our storytelling as a community of passionate filmmakers.
In every single production, trip, long shooting day, late night, early morning, meal we share, film festival we win, festival we lose, amazing picture we make, fail we have, last-minute change, stressful rush to hit a deadline, laugh we have on set, tear we cry on or off set, good idea we celebrate, bad idea we let go of, creative collaboration we share, painful critique we get, positive encouragement we give, and every task we set out to do.
We vow to make our lives extraordinary. And to enjoy contributing our verse to the play. And ultimately, to love others well and leave the world a better place.
